Topps has announced 2026 Topps Chrome® Star Wars, available starting September 30, a new collection spanning the entire saga through bold designs, original artwork and Chrome® technology.
A base set covering the whole galaxy
The collection is built on a sprawling 200-card base set featuring fan-favourite characters from across the saga. Surrounding that foundation are numerous Chrome® parallels, Debut cards, short prints, autographs, sketch cards and a range of special inserts approaching Star Wars from very different angles.
This year’s biggest stories take centre stage
This release leans heavily into recent productions, with dedicated Character and Moment cards for The Mandalorian and Grogu, Andor Season 2 and Star Wars: Visions Season 3, capturing both new faces and standout scenes from each story. Elsewhere, Stormtrooper Command turns the iconic Stormtrooper helmet into striking die-cut cards, while Eras traces the saga film by film through original artwork. The galaxy’s most endearing creatures also get their moment in the spotlight with The Galaxy’s Cutest insert.
Returning fan-favourite inserts
Several collector favourites make a comeback, including Bonus Stage, Kyber Light, Reflections and Comicfractor, alongside a batch of new concepts that expand the collection’s visual range, mixing explosive graphic treatments with specially commissioned original artwork.
Multi-signature autographs
Autographs play a starring role in this release, particularly through Duo and Trio Autographs, which bring together multiple cast members on a single card. Unique Printing Plate Book Cards and original sketch cards round out the offering for collectors chasing truly one-of-a-kind pieces.
The bottom line
Known for its brilliant refractors and coveted autographs, the Chrome® brand reaffirms its status as a cornerstone of modern collecting with this Star Wars release. A full checklist is available for download to help plan the hunt across the galaxy.
