One year after Deluxe Pack: ex wrapped up the A series, Pokémon TCG Pocket is closing out the B series the same way with Deluxe Pack: Mega (set code B4b). This limited-time special pack gathers the highlights of every expansion released since October 2025, topped off with parallel foil cards and fresh artwork.

What’s inside Deluxe Pack: Mega
- 4 cards per pack instead of the usual 5.
- A guaranteed Pokémon ex in every pack: at least one card of ♦♦♦♦ rarity or higher.
- Reissued cards from Mega Rising (October 2025) through Ruler of the Skies (July 2026), including every ♦♦♦♦ card released in those booster packs.
- Parallel foil cards, the shimmering finish introduced with Deluxe Pack: ex.
- Cards with new artwork, including ★★ full-art versions of several Mega ex in a stained-glass style, echoing the first Deluxe Pack.
There are no new Mega Evolutions here — this one is all about collecting. Good news for completionists: a recent app update now files reissued cards under their original expansion, so opening this pack also helps you finish older sets.

A big update at the end of October
Right before the first C-series expansion, the app is getting a shake-up:
- Community decks: browse decks other players have made public and build them if you own the cards.
- Reworked rental decks: decks built with cards from the latest packs, usable an unlimited number of times in both Solo and Versus Battles.
- Step-up Battles rework: a solo mode where difficulty climbs as you progress; the old version is being retired.
- Several features are being discontinued: theme deck lists, deck missions and the Release Celebration: Poké Gold deals.
Should you open Deluxe Pack: Mega?
If you joined Pokémon TCG Pocket partway through the B series or you’re missing some Mega ex, this is the perfect catch-up opportunity: every pack guarantees a ♦♦♦♦ card or better, making it the most efficient pack for filling competitive gaps. Collectors will be chasing the parallel foils and new artwork instead — which may cost a lot of hourglasses. Don’t wait too long: the window closes on October 29.
